Here are our kitties at MKC all ready for adoption:

Zeth
In Cabin
Birthdate: April 12, 2023
Zeth is a sweet & very handsome young boy who recently had his 1st birthday. Zeth has lived with other kittens as well as adult cats in a PCON foster home since his surrender to our rescue last July. While he can keep himself busy on his own, Zeth is happiest when playing with another kitty. This healthy boy loves his food and lets you know when it’s mealtime! Zeth is quite vocal when he wants attention and will ask you to turn on the TV so he can watch the bird channel. Zeth “hunts” his favourite toy then will race around carrying it and growl if any other kitties come close, trying to “steal his prey”. This wonderful kitty has been ready for adoption for a while and needs to find his very own forever family. Zeth will soon be joining the other kitties in the main area at MKC once he’s feeling comfortable in the new environment. This sweetie will make a wonderful pet and would be happiest if his adopting home includes another kitty playmate.

Camelia
Birthdate: May 17, 2023
Camelia is braver and more independent than her sister Hyacinth but is still very cautious in new situations. This pretty girl enjoys playing with toys and loved watching the birds out the window in her foster home. She came to PCON at 7 weeks old with her feral mom cat and her two sisters, Gardenia (now adopted) & Hyacinth. They were all being fed outdoors and when PCON was contacted to help, the family was trapped and taken into fostercare. At 4 months of age the kittens were moved to a separate foster home for further socializing. Camelia has come a long way and it’s time for her to move forward towards the goal of finding a forever home. Camelia is a curious girl, interested in whatever is going on around her and would likely learn to adapt faster if adopted into a home that included friendly, social kitties. She needs a calm understanding family to let her adjust at her own pace and reveal her full personality in the security of a loving home.

Hyacinth
Birthdate: May 17, 2023
Hyacinth is a pretty grey tabby who is shyer & more cautious than her sister Camelia. They were born outdoors to a feral Mom cat and regularly fed by a lady who contacted PCON. The little family was trapped when the kittens were 7 weeks old and all were cared for together in a foster home. The sisters were later moved at 4 months of age to a second foster home for more socializing. Although Hyacinth does enjoy being petted when she knows you, she is reluctant to seek attention. The sisters have been fully vetted and have reached the stage where they need to meet more people and learn to feel safe in new environments. It is a big adjustment for Hyacinth to get used to people at MKC after having lived in a quiet home with her Foster mom. She will need time to adjust when she is adopted and requires a calm home with a patient, understanding adopter.

Leyka
Birthdate: July 11, 2023
This beautiful dark classic tabby is a cute & quirky girl. She’s cuddly & sweet one minute but can also be a drama Queen! Leyka is very chatty and can be a little bossy when meeting new kitties but adjusts fairly quickly and loves playing with toys, her sister Essie & visitors to MKC. Leyka will show off her flexibility by rolling around on the cat tree & she also enjoys quiet times, watching bird videos or cuddling on a couch. This petite beauty was one of 9 kittens born in a PCON foster home to a stray cat who was rescued when very pregnant. Like their brother Radner (adopted), Leyka & Essie were diagnosed with a serious disease as younger kittens and received treatment for several months in a foster home which delayed their availability for adoption. Fortunately medication, as well as loving care, was the miracle needed to completely cure FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) and now Leyka is all ready to find a forever family. Leyka would love to be adopted with her sister or into a family which includes another playful young kitty. She is a busy girl and needs a family that can give her lots of time and attention. Leyka is completely healthy and there is no risk to other pets or humans when adopting an FIP survivor. Leyka deserves to enjoy a normal healthy life with a loving family of her very own.

Essie
Birthdate: July 11, 2023
This petite girl with golden eyes and soft shiny black fur is sweet & cuddly. Although she was shy initially at MKC, Essie is now comfortable playing with the other kitties and enjoys attention from visitors. She was one of 9 kittens born in a PCON foster home. Like her brother Radner & sister Leyka (both adopted at MKC) Essie was diagnosed with a serious disease as a younger kitten and received treatment for several months in her foster home. This delayed Essie’s availability for adoption but fortunately there was a complete cure for the disease. New medication, as well as loving care, was the miracle needed to completely cure FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) and now Essie is all ready to find a forever home. Essie has been used to living with adult cats as well as kittens and a small friendly dog while fostered, and she got along great with everyone. Essie is completely healthy and there is no risk to other pets or humans when adopting an FIP survivor. She deserves to live and enjoy a normal healthy life with a loving family of her very own.

Feyre
Birthdate: January 15, 2024
This beautiful calico girl is one of 4 kittens who were surrendered to our rescue and cared for in a foster home with their mom kitty Medusa. Feyre is an “old soul”, an intelligent and curious kitten who seems wise beyond her years. Very playful and full of energy, Feyre also has a gentle side and loves to curl up on your lap for cozy cuddle sessions. Feyre enjoys wrestling matches with her siblings and loves playing with her toys. This spirited kitten is all ready for a forever home and a double adoption with one of her siblings would be ideal.

Nesta
Birthdate: January 15, 2024
Nesta’s spirited personality is difficult to ignore. Playful & full of energy, Nesta is often the first of her siblings to chase after a toy or initiate wrestling matches. Always ready for her next adventure, Nesta loves to climb and explore, and is not afraid to scale new heights. Watch out! as she will leap onto your shoulders to demand attention and affection in her own unique manner. This busy kitten will be a wonderful addition to her forever home and a source of entertainment and joy for her lucky adopters. Raised in a PCON foster home with her 3 siblings, Nesta would be very happy to be adopted with one of them or into a family that includes another young and active kitty.

Morrigan
Birthdate: January 15, 2024
Morrigan is a sweet & fun-loving kitten that enjoys active playtimes with her toys and her siblings. Morrigan is also content to spend time pursuing solo activities and can be happy hanging out in her own space. When she’s in the mood for a cuddle, Morrie will let you know and seek attention. One of 4 kittens surrendered to PCON with her mom Medusa, Morrie has been lovingly cared for in a foster home and is now all ready for adoption. She’s come to MKC with her siblings and would love to be part of a double adoption with one.

Purrfect Companions of Norfolk

Rhysand
Birthdate: January 15, 2024
Rhysand is like a little ray of sunshine, gentle and affectionate and the only boy in his litter. He and his 3 sisters were surrendered to PCON with their young mom kitty Medusa. All 5 were cared for together in a loving foster home and are now ready for adoption. Rhys loves to play & race after toys as well as engage in wrestling matches with his sisters. His favourite place to be, however, is in your lap. This loving boy is always ready to snuggle and will reward you with a soothing, contented purr. Rhys will make a wonderful family pet and companion kitty and would adjust well with one of his sisters for company.
