Here are our kitties at MKC all ready for adoption:

Camelia
Birthdate: May 17, 2023
This pretty girl with solid grey fur came to PCON at 7 weeks old with her feral mom cat and her two sisters, Gardenia (now adopted) & Hyacinth (in a foster home). They were all being fed outdoors and when PCON was contacted to help, the family was trapped and taken into fostercare. At 4 months of age the 3 kittens were moved to a separate foster home for further socializing and feral mom was TNR’d back to be cared for outdoors. Camelia has come a long way since her arrival at MKC but is still often a little shy. If calmly approached she will show how much she enjoys pets and attention now. Camelia is a curious girl, interested in whatever is going on around her and has benefitted from spending time with friendly, playful kitties while at MKC. Camelia has recently shown a preference for the company of some of the quieter kittens; she & Kempton often choose to spend time with each other, away from more rambunctious kitties. This pair are both a little on the shy side but seem to give each other confidence. Camelia is as sweet as she is beautiful and will adjust more easily if adopted into a home with a kitty friend.

Casper
In Cabin
Birthdate: July 18, 2023
When Casper was rescued by Purrfect Companions as a young kitten, he came with badly infected eyes. After recovering with the help of his foster mom, we’re not really certain how much his vision has been affected. His eyes have a cloudy appearance but Casper can chase a toy around at top speed & climbs up & down the cat trees in the Kitty Cabin with no issues. He has adapted so well, and manages to do everything a young cat needs to do. Casper also arrived at our rescue with a sweet and affectionate personality and that has never changed; he’s just such a happy, good-natured boy. Casper enjoys welcoming visitors into the Kitty Cabin room at MKC where he has views of the entrance, the store and the main area. Casper would be very happy to view the outdoors from a window in his forever home whether that’s in a house or apartment. Casper has settled in well at MKC and will roll around on the floor, or climb onto your lap when he’s not chasing a toy to entertain his visitors in the Kitty Cabin. With his white fur and tan accents, Casper is a mix of domestic short hair & Flame Point Siamese. This sweet and beautiful boy is ready for a forever family and will be a perfect companion pet in a quiet home.

Kenzia
Birthdate: March 15, 2024
Kenzia is an adorable little tuxedo kitten who was rescued with her two brothers from the outdoors and surrendered to our rescue in May. Only 8 weeks old at the time, the three were found in Simcoe with no mother cat and have since been raised in a quiet PCON foster home. Despite her difficult start in life, Kenzia is a happy, playful kitten who gets along well with everyone. She was feeling a little shy initially at MKC but once comfortable Kenzia is a funny little girl and so playful! If you give her a little crunchie ball she will play fetch with you. Kenzia will rough-house with her brothers but also likes to cuddle. She is now out in the main areas at MKC with her brothers Kempton & Kohen. This sweetheart will make a wonderful addition to a family home and should be adopted with another kitten or into a household that incudes a friendly kitty playmate.

Kohen
Birthdate: March 15, 2024
Kohen is a handsome tuxedo boy, with a tiny little bit of white on his black moustache. Kohen loves to play with his siblings and other kitties and gets along well with everyone. He enjoys cuddles & is a sweet affectionate boy when he is done playing. This kitten plays hard and has a good appetite. Kohen was found with his sister and brother outdoors in Simcoe at about 8 weeks of age. With no mother cat discovered nearby, they were surrendered to PCON and cared for in a foster home. Kohen recently came to MKC with his sister Kenzia & brother Kempton, all ready for adoption, and the 3 siblings have now graduated to the main areas. When he’s tired out from his busy day meeting visitors at My Kitty Cafe, Kohen can usually be seen at the very top of the big tree having a catnap. Kohen needs to be adopted with another kitten or into a family with a young kitty playmate in his forever home.

Kempton
Adoption Applications Closed
Birthdate: March 15, 2024
Kempton stands out from his two tuxedo siblings.  This handsome tabby & white boy has beautiful markings on his soft fur.  Although he loves to play & race around, Kempton also enjoys  quiet time & cuddles.  He and his siblings were found outdoors in Simcoe at about 8 weeks of age.  There was no mother cat with the kittens so they were surrendered to Purrfect Companions & cared for in a foster home until all ready for adoption.  Kempton has now graduated from the Kitty Cottage at MKC and is out loving the bigger spaces.  This cutie has recently been seen spending time with Camelia and they can often be found snoozing close to each other up high or walking around together.  This sweet & gentle boy would benefit from having a kitty companion in his forever home; one who is friendly but not overly aggressive.

Mariska
In Cottage
Birthdate: April 3, 2024
This sweet & petite orange tabby girl was found with her look-a-like sisters outdoors on their own with no mama cat. They have all been cared for in one of our Purrfect Companions foster homes since 2 months of age and are now ready for adoption. Mariska may feel initially shy at MKC but once comfortable in her environment she is easy-going and loves spending time with her sisters, either playing with toys or snuggling together when tired. She enjoyed climbing the cat tree in her foster home or looking out the windows to check out the neighborhood. Mariska was used to living with a large older laid-back dog in her foster home as well as adult cats. Mariska is vocal when she needs to let you know when it’s time for her wet food. The sisters are all very close and have been through some tough times together. It would be ideal to adopt this sweet girl with one of her sisters or into a home with another young kitten.

Markey
In Cottage
Birthdate: April 3, 2024
This sweet petite orange tabby kitten is one of a trio of orange tabby sisters. Markey is a sweet quiet kitty who loves her sisters and her toys. The “triplets” all play together, eat together, snuggle with each other or on people’s laps when tired from play. Markey is a well-behaved & calm kitty who adjusted well in her foster home after being rescued from outdoors at 8 weeks of age. She likes to chase after toys, climb cat trees, and purrs & purrs when petted. Markey is used to living in a foster home with other cats as well as an older easy-going dog. She loves her wet food and will let you know when it’s breakfast time. Markey will often be found sleeping with her sister Mariska. All 3 sisters are constant companions and Markey will adjust most easily to a forever home if adopted with another.

Marloe
In Cottage
Birthdate: April 3, 2024
This loveable girl is 1/3 of a trio of orange tabby sisters who spend their days happily playing, exploring, eating & snoozing together. Before they were rescued and cared for in a PCON foster home, these kittens were found outdoors on their own at only 8 weeks old. Marloe is sweet & calm but may seem shy initially in a new environment. When she is used to you Marloe is a total lap cat who loves to snuggle right into you. She adjusted to the foster family’s dog and also got along well with their adult cats. Marloe would love to be adopted with one (or both) of her sisters or have another playful kitty friend as a companion. This sweetheart is all ready for adoption into a forever home.

Polina
Polina is approximately 5-6 years old. This lovely girl will be a perfect low maintenance, undemanding pet for her lucky adopter. Polina has a sweet & affectionate personality with a constant purr to let you know she’s happy. She loves to cuddle up with you and have a nap or sit beside you & watch TV. This wonderful kitty companion enjoys being with people but is also content to spend time on her own. Polina is easy-going and laid-back; she likes to spend her day watching the birds from the window, occasionally playing with her toys and sleeping on her pillow. This very special girl would prefer to be the only kitty in her home.

“Momma” Quainte
Birthdate: March 15, 2021
This pretty adult tabby girl has beautiful marble markings on her sides.  Quainte was found as a pregnant stray in Port Rowan in March of 2023 and surrendered to PCON.  Three weeks later she gave birth to 6 kittens in her foster home.  Quainte was a wonderful mom to her babies and, with the help of her foster parent, raised them all until they were old enough for adoption last year.  Momma Quainte continued to live in her first foster home before recently coming to MKC where this shy girl enjoyed visits in the small catio room but felt overwhelmed once she moved out into the main areas.  Quainte is now in a Guelph foster home where she enjoys playing with a variety of toys including those with catnip.  Quainte is very loud when it’s time for dinner and sweet & affectionate once she’s feeling comfortable in her environment.   Momma Q. will be a wonderful pet in a calm and quiet home, once given time to trust and adjust at her own pace.  If you are interested in arranging a meet & greet with Quainte for possible adoption, please contact PCON by email or leave your contact information at My Kitty Cafe.

This quiet and demure lady loves belly rubs, soft catnip toys, looking out windows & long cat naps. Rachel is a beautiful torbie girl with orange highlights on her tabby coat. She was previously adopted as a young cat from Purrfect Companions and recently surrendered back due to family circumstances. She is currently living in a foster home in Guelph and, once her vaccines are updated, Rachel will be all ready for adoption into her forever home. Initially reserved, once she knows you Rachel will head-butt you for attention or lie quietly beside you on the couch. Rachel would be happiest as the only cat in the household. If you are interested in meeting Rachel for possible adoption, please submit a request to PCON via email or leave your contact information at My Kitty Cafe.
